Here are some mini-posters that we use to spread thoughtfulness and peace. Go to HALURBAN>com and thank Hal for writing this book and for develping the NO POISON Pledge. www.HALUrban.com #SilentIsMyRingtone #QuietPublicSpaces How about this hashtag? #SaveQuiet (the slogan of QuietParks.org ) "Because they would have done it for me." That's why we make spaces quiet. That's why we select "silent" as our ringtones. That's why we put away our phones when we are with people and friends. That's why we turn OFF the NO tifications.

Let's celebrate Zig Ziglar, who pointed out that: “You are what you are and you are where you are because of what has gone into your mind. You change what you are and you change where you are by changing what goes into your mind.”

Part of the Kind Words Heal program involves celebration.  Hal Urban began his classes with a question: What are we celebrating today? He also placed a large poster with the following quote from Zig Ziglar : “You are what you are and you are where you are because of what has gone into your mind. You change what you are and you change where you are by changing what goes into your mind.” Today, let's celebrate Zig Ziglar.  An edit on the Wikipedia article for Ziglar now includes a link to Hal's book , stating that Ziglar also used this quote in his seminars (h ere is an image of the edit that happened in October 2019) : See the link Here is the image in full size: Who knows how long the edit will exist (some editors on Wikipedia are sticky about how articles are edited).  At least you, the reader, now knows about Zig's helpful quote.  Why not download some posters from Hal Urban's book?  You can get the free ebook here
